ભારતીય શેરબજારમાં આજે કેટલાક સ્ટોક્સમાં કંપનીના મહત્વના કોર્પોરેટ અપડેટ્સ અને corporate actionsને કારણે ખાસ ગતિવિધિ જોવા મળી શકે છે. Sudarshan Chemical Industries, IIFL Finance, YES Bank, Fedbank Financial Services, Cordelia Cruises અને Ducon Infratechnologies આજે ચર્ચામાં રહી શકે છે. રોકાણકારોની નજર strategic agreement, tax litigation, management change, fund raising અને stock split જેવા ટ્રિગર પર રહેશે.

SUDARSHAN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES

Sudarshan Chemical Industriesમાં આજે નજર રહેશે. કંપનીએ NSE પર 25 ઑગસ્ટે Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)/Agreement સંબંધિત fresh announcement filing કરી છે. નવો strategic agreement કંપનીના business outlook માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ trigger બની શકે છે. આ agreementથી કંપનીની આગામી business strategy અને growth prospects અંગે બજારની નજર રહેશે.

IIFL FINANCE

IIFL Financeએ material subsidiary સાથે સંબંધિત નવી tax litigation તેમજ પોતાની existing tax litigation અંગે NSEને update આપ્યું છે. Material tax disputeને કારણે કંપનીની contingent liability અને regulatory risk પર રોકાણકારોનું ધ્યાન રહી શકે છે. Tax litigationના આગળના developments શેરના sentiment માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ બની શકે છે.

YES BANK

YES Bankએ 24 ઑગસ્ટે market close બાદ Change in Management અંગે NSE filing કરી છે. Senior-management level પર ફેરફાર હોવાથી આજે શેરમાં હલચલ જોવા મળી શકે છે. બજારની નજર ખાસ કરીને management changeના governance અને કંપનીના execution પર પડનારા સંભવિત પ્રભાવ પર રહેશે.

FEDBANK FINANCIAL SERVICES

Fedbank Financial Servicesમાં આજે મહત્વપૂર્ણ corporate development જોવા મળી શકે છે. કંપનીના Board Meetingમાં fund raising proposal પર વિચારણા થવાની છે. જો fundraisingને મંજૂરી મળે છે, તો કંપનીની funding capacity અને equity structure પર તેની અસર થઈ શકે છે. તેથી Boardના નિર્ણય પર રોકાણકારોની ખાસ નજર રહેશે.

Ducon Infratechnologies આજે 10:13 rights issue માટે ex-date પર છે. Rights issue સંબંધિત corporate actionને કારણે existing shareholdersના rights entitlement અને કંપનીમાં સંભવિત equity dilution પર બજારનું ધ્યાન રહેશે. તેથી આજે શેરમાં corporate-action driven movement જોવા મળી શકે છે.
